  • Can I change, cancel or reschedule a delivery?

    Delivery cancellations require a 48-hour notice. Please contact member services at 877-468-3430 and we will do our best to accommodate your need to suspend your delivery.

  • When do I get my first delivery?

    Your first delivery will arrive no more than two days after your initial enrollment. If you sign up by 11 a.m. on Monday, your first meals are scheduled to arrive Wednesday morning.

  • Do you perform background checks of delivery people?

    Yes. Silver Chef and Holiday Retirement conduct background checks on all associates and staff, including the drivers responsible for delivering your meals.

  • How long do the meals stay fresh?

    Silver Chef exceeds federal guidelines for food storage. Discard unconsumed products after three days and follow the labeled guidelines.

  • What is included with an enrollment?

    A paid subscription gives you an exclusive membership package, which includes: Meal delivery and Holiday Retirement privileges such as activities, weekly meals, and up to seven-days-per-year guest-suite accommodations. Fees may apply.
